Drawing Practice is an opportunity to connect more deeply with ourselves and our world. In the practice of drawing, mindful observation naturally brings us into the present moment - a place of curiosity, discovery, and everyday magic.
This class is not about art and artists. It’s about drawing, specifically mindful drawing. Drawing is both natural and instinctive. Truly, everyone can draw. Drawing Practice is an invitation to pick up a pencil and paper, draw, and be absorbed into the flow of drawing and of life itself.
Pricing and generosity: We have a Generosity Policy to make our offerings available to all who wish to participate. If the program price is an obstacle for you, please consider what works for you, and offer as much of the program price as you can. To arrange for this, please register in advance via the button below, entering the amount you can afford. For those who can offer more than the program price, we have a “patron price”. Your generosity in offering the patron price helps cover the costs for others who are not able to pay the full program price.
This course is a fundraiser for the Vancouver Shambhala Centre building fund.
The course price ($155) and patron price ($185) include $10 materials fee.
