Sitting meditation - 4 Foundations of Mindfulness

    Drop in sitting meditation.  Open to the public.  

    We will experiment with specific exercises discussed during the previous evening's Four Foundations of Mindfulness class.  

    These sitting meditation sessions are optional for class participants.  
    Class participation is not required to come and sit during these mornings.
    Of course, doing both the classes and the morning sitting sessions would be the best.

    Please note:  first-time sitting meditation instruction is NOT being offered during these sessions.  For first-time meditation instruction, please come to our Open House or Learn to Meditate programs.
