    Public sitting & walking meditation from 5:00pm to 8:00pm every Monday.

    Drop in.

    You are welcome to arrive late.  Please leave your shoes in the closet in the hallway and enter the meditation hall quietly.  You are welcome to leave early.  A good time to do this is during walking meditation.
