Room: Main Meditation Hall

Saturday October 26:  1 - 5 pm
Sunday October 27:  10am - 1 pm

With gentle somatic practices of the whole body breathing, and the support of the midline, Lidija will prepare our body for the meditation practice of shamata/vipashyana.

Following the early Buddhist text of "Satipattana Sutta”, the discourse on the Foundations of Mindfulness, Lidija will introduce practitioners to effortless breathing through the posture of ease (Sanskrit: Kaya), allowing natural arising of the awareness of feelings (Sanskrit: Vedana), and mental formation (Sanskrit: Chitta).

The workshop is designed for beginners, as well as advanced (Mahamudra Shamata)  practitioners. All are welcome.
