Meditation is Freedom opens the door to the freedom that comes with controlling your attention. Improving your skill at focused attention can make everything about your meditation better.

    Meditation Is Freedom leads practitioners:

    ·     from the beginning foundations of "how-to" meditate,

    ·     to deeper and deeper stages of focus,

    ·     to a state of relaxed attention and presence where you can meditate like a master.

Meditation Is Freedom is led by Brian Callahan and offers a completely secular introduction to deep meditation.

Calm Abiding practice is presented in easy-to-understand steps and in an easy-to-understand way.

Five presentations to help you understand the practice + twenty opportunities for shared practice.

    ·     Each week begins on Monday evening with a presentation about the practice.

o  In case you can't make the presentation, a video will be shared just after the talk.

    ·     Tuesday morning offers two opportunities to practice together

    o  Early Morning (8 am Atlantic / 7 am Eastern / 6 am Central)

    o  Later (Noon Atlantic / 11 am Eastern / 10 am Central / 9 am Mountain / 8 am Pacific)

    ·     Each weekday morning, we practice together to support each other and strengthen our meditation.

o  We practice together for 30 minutes.

    ·     Each weekday practice offers you a chance to:

    o  Ask questions

    o  Share your experience

    o  Hear from other meditators

    ·     On Friday, November 15th, Meditation Is Freedom concludes with a final talk and sharing about our progress

Brian Callahan brings decades of experience to his teaching including completing a Tibetan-3-year-retreat and over 30 years of teaching. A lifelong interest in language, philosophy, and spiritual studies helps Brian present Calm Abiding as a living practice you can do.
