Our centre offers a rich array of weekly ongoing offerings free to the public. No prior meditation experience required to attend.  All are welcome.

Public Sitting Meditation

Sunday, 9:30 am – 10 am as part of the Shambhala Sunday mornings.

Monday, noon – 1:30 pm

Wednesday,  7-8pm as part of the Open House program
