Ongoing Offerings

Please note, that Open Meditation Sessions are not being offered until we move into our new centre early 2018. 

Our centre offers a rich array of weekly ongoing offerings free to the public. No prior meditation experience required to attend.  All are welcome.

Open Public Sitting Hours

Monday evenings at 6pm

Every second and fourth Tuesday at 7pm, Learn to Meditate

Wednesdays from 7-9pm, Open House (feel free to come and go at any time)

Friday mornings from 8-9am, public sitting with walking meditation half way through

The first Sunday of each month from 9am-12pm, Practitioner’s Corner

Saturday mornings from 10am – 12 noon.
