Ongoing Offerings

Please note that Meditation Sessions will resume once we have our Occupancy Permit from the City of Vancouver, expected by the end of September.

Our centre offers a rich array of weekly ongoing offerings free to the public. No prior meditation experience required to attend.  All are welcome.

Open Public Sitting Hours

Monday evenings at 6pm

Wednesdays from 7-9pm, Open House (feel free to come and go at any time)

Friday mornings from 8-9am, public sitting with walking meditation half way through

The first Sunday of each month from 9am-12pm, Practitioner’s Corner

Saturday mornings from 10am – 12 noon.
