Those of us who were fortunate enough to attend Brian and Margaret's "LIberating Art" weekend this fall received a potent introduction to the powerful approach to Calm-Abiding meditation practice that Brian Callahan is offering in this remarkable intensive program over zoom.

Meditation Is Freedom offers an in-depth training in the foundations of Calm-Abiding practice.  Meditation Is Freedom leads practitioners from the beginning foundations of "how-to" meditate like a master through deeper and deeper stages of focus to a state of relaxed attention and presence. You may not know it yet, but improving your skill at focused attention can make everything about your meditation better.

Unlock the Power of Focused Concentration.

How the course is structured:
Each week begins on Monday evening with a presentation about the practice. This presentation will be recorded live at 7pm Atlantic time, 3pm Pacific time.
* Those who wish may attend the zoom recording and there will be an opportunity for questions and answers.
*The recording of this hour-long talk will then be emailed to participants by approximately 7pm each Monday.

THEN, Every weekday morning at 8 AM Pacific time, following the first recording, we will come together as a community to practice for 30 minutes. Each weekday morning, we practice together to support each other and strengthen our meditation.

Meditation Is Freedom concludes with a final talk and sharing about our progress on Friday, February 9th
